We believe
we have the only "Quality Manager" employed
within the recruitment industry. This role has been
sanctioned as a direct response to some of our fundamental
competencies :
QUALITY SERVICE, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
and RESPONSIBILITY.
Each account is audited fortnightly
by our Quality Manager. Bespoke reviews are undertaken
relating to service, KPIs and any agreed criteria our
client chooses. A report is delivered evaluating each
area of service.
The process is aimed
at delivering transparency, ensuring issues are eradicated
immediately and our service is forever improving. We
ask questions of ourselves before our clients get chance!
