prior to placement within our clients. We also run
SHL accredited test assessment and training centres
in the UK and in Warsaw to ensure that the candidates
we supply are trained and skill verified.

these principles through mutually agreed processes
and quality service agreements. Indeed, all Right Direction
clients will not only receive a dedicated account manager
but will benefit from regular service reviews with
