A position has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join a well established and very successful building construction company. This permanent role, which requires the successful Project Manager to start as soon as possible, will be to look after 3 – 4 sites at any one time worth to the value of £5-6m each within the south Yorkshire area. The projects consist of new build primary care centres and new build commercial projects and the Project Manager must be experienced in the Project Management of these types of projects.
First and foremost, the successful Project Manager will have excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills as keeping on to top of multiple projects require it. The Project Manager must have excellent communication skills to ensure that the communications between oneself and colleagues or stakeholders alike are clear to ensure the smooth, efficient completion of projects and to solve problems effectively. My client prefers that the Project Manager has CSCS and other health and safety certificates.
