My client is looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer for their Social Housing projects in Scunthorpe and the surrounding areas. This permanent position requires the Tenant Liaison Officer to start as soon as they are able to which means they are willing to wait the full length of your notice period.
The role requires the Tenant Liaison Officer to liaise with tenants & construction staff regarding construction works, to ensure a safe & secure environment and provide all the information and support to tenants at all stages of the works. Your duties will include;
Keep site team informed and maintain good relationships with the tenants and construction team.
To deal with people issues in a positive manner.
Maintain a file on each dwelling.
Communication honestly with tenants.
Check that clients promises are being delivered.
Establish an effective communications system.
Maintain a complaints procedure and deal with disputes and damage claims.
Brief tenants on safety and security issues.
Give clear understanding of works to occur to the tenants.
Inform site team of any special needs for tenants.

My client undertakes construction works in values ranging from £500K to £6m. Working in the education, health, commercial, industrial, retail, leisure housing and community sectors, they specialise in both new build and refurbishment projects and feel that they owe a great deal of success to their experienced staff, quality workforce and belief in Customer Service.
My client is looking for Plumbers to employ on either freelance or permanent contracts. Based mainly in Hull, this position requires the Plumber to work on 1st and 2nd fix stages on new build housing developments and high schools.
The successful candidates will have plenty of experience working on the early stages of developments of similar projects. My client has requested that the Plumbers have City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing and it is preferred that they have gas qualifications such as ACS or Corgie registered, but not essential.
